  • An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is an official document that shows how energy-efficient a building is, using a rating scale from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It provides information on estimated energy costs, carbon emissions, and practical recommendations for improving efficiency. EPCs are required when a property is sold or rented and are valid for 10 years.

  • I offer energy efficiency consulting services for residential properties, visiting homes to assess how energy is used and identify practical ways to improve efficiency. This includes advice on insulation, heating systems, lighting, ventilation, and everyday energy use, helping homeowners reduce energy bills, improve comfort, and lower their environmental impact. Recommendations are tailored to each property and budget, with clear guidance on the most effective improvements.
